1. Do you ship outside of Canada?

No, currently our business ships exclusively in Canada.

2. How do I place a custom order? How long will it take?

Custom orders can be requested through our get in touch page. Simply fill out the form and we will contact you via email to confirm your order. Orders are not confirmed until you receive an email from us and payment has been received. Depending on the creation, custom orders can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks - but the more notice, the better!

3. What items can be customized?

Any creation you see on our website or social media can be custom ordered and custom sized. If you can’t quite find what you are looking for or have a request in mind, please contact us and we are happy to work with you to create something extra special.

4. Do you allow refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our small business, we do not allow refunds or exchanges. We would recommend contacting us before purchasing or custom ordering, especially if there are concerns about sizing.

5. Do you have a pick up option?

Yes, we offer a free pick-up option for Edmonton (local) orders only.

6. Are all your creations handmade?

Yes, all our creations are made by hand. Minor variations are expected and add to the uniqueness of each creation.
